OUR MINISTRIES

PRE-INCARCERATION MINISTRY

Reach out to those people who are facing impending charges for the crimes they have committed.  Share the Gospel to them and bring them to repentance.  Our aim is to help them face imprisonment with a renewed and positive mindset that their sins are forgiven by God.  To give them assurance and hope in God that God loves them and shall watch over them as they go through their imprisonment.  We will refer them to lawyer if needed.  Upon the advice of lawyer, we will write mitigation letters to the Court Judge to appeal for leniency.

IN-CARE MINISTRY

We conduct Bible lessons and Sunday services in prisons. We also sent Bibles and spiritual books to inmates who request for them via their family members. Our volunteers also provide pick-up services for prisoners (who have no next-of-kin to turn to) upon their release. Our volunteers also conduct home visits upon request by inmates who are concerned about their loved ones. Our volunteers also help with spiritual support and counselling for their loved ones.

E-LETTER MINISTRY

Reach out and correspond with inmates through e-letter writing.  Through this correspondence, many inmates write out their needs that only our God can help. We will put into prayers in our weekly Thursday prayer meeting. God hears prayer in Jesus’ name!  News spread among inmates inside.  This is also our evangelical tool to bring them to the knowledge of the Lord.  Some of them even make the effort to visit us after their release.

AFTERCARE MINISTRY

Upon their release some of the ex-inmates have no means of helping themselves. To get them started on their journey to integration we provide financial aid for their basic need. Financial aid is also given to needy families of inmates.

NETWORKING WITH HALFWAY HOUSES AND EMPLOYERS

We will network with various halfway houses.  We refer recovering drug addicts to halfway houses, so that they can continue their rehabilitation journey after their release from prison.  We will also help them to get jobs by matching them with potential employers after they finish their programmes in the halfway house.
